Kristine Szabo is a model, speaker, author, and mental health advocate, and the founder of The Amuse Project—a platform supporting those impacted by suicide trauma and the loved ones who walk beside them. She is currently writing a memoir that weaves together personal narrative and psychological insight, while also developing two program books—one for adults and one for children—to guide others toward healing through her Life’s Pie for Peace framework.
Drawing on decades of study and collaboration with leading experts in mental health and personal transformation, Kristine’s approach blends vulnerability, lived experience, and practical wisdom to help audiences transform pain into purpose.
Today, she resides in the south of France with her autistic son, who inspires her to break the cycles of generational trauma after losing her own father to suicide. Through speaking engagements, social media platforms, and her YouTube channel Kristine Szabo Raw, her mission is to share knowledge, foster resilience, and empower others to reach their fullest potential through true personal transformation.
